Business Development Representative (BDR)
LeadsOnline is the nation’s leading provider of investigative tools for law enforcement, and they are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their in-office team. This role focuses on outbound prospecting and scheduling product demos for the sales team, with a goal of booking at least 5 qualified demos per week.

Responsibilities
Make a high volume of outbound calls (cold and warm leads) to public safety agencies and decision-makers – 200 Outbound dials per week
Qualify leads and schedule demos for the sales team
Maintain detailed and accurate records in our CRM system
Follow up on inquiries and nurture early-stage prospects
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Meet or exceed weekly demo booking goals - 5+ demos a week
Willingness to support regional sales events and conferences by helping with event prep, driving attendee engagement, and assisting with on-site needs as part of a team effort
Qualification
Required
Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Reliable and able to work in-office
Preferred
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles preferred
Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
