Responsibilities
Assist in managing day-to-day development activities across multiple retail, mixed-use, and urban infill projects
Support construction oversight, including budget tracking, schedule coordination, RFI/CO review, and communication with contractors
Conduct site evaluations, due diligence, feasibility analysis, and financial modeling
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, GC teams, and city officials throughout design and construction
Prepare project reports, presentations, schedules, and internal updates
Help monitor entitlements, permitting timelines, and compliance requirements
Support project transitions from pre-development through construction and stabilization
Qualification
Required
2–4 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, Civil Engineering or related field
Strong construction knowledge — ability to read plans, understand schedules, and assist with field coordination
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and project management tools; exposure to financial modeling a plus
Self-starter comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
