Responsibilities
Create the strategy of how we take our value realization program to the next level across all our products
Create and maintain standardized ROI and TCO calculators for internal and customer use and codify value frameworks and reusable assets that scale globally across GTM
Design value realization plans that guide activation, workflow integration, and change management
Create a structured value discovery process to identify high impact use cases and define measurable business outcomes
Publish value reports that quantify results and strengthen relationships with C level sponsors
Establish and maintain baselines, KPIs, and dashboards that track value delivery
Build value hypotheses and business cases that support customer alignment and investment decisions
Develop clear value storytelling for executives that highlights financial and productivity outcomes
Partner with Account Directors and our post-sale teams to influence sales, renewals and expansion strategy
Provide thought leadership on AI driven business transformation and evolving customer value patterns
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience creating and scaling value realization/consulting/engineering teams or a similar role
Strong financial analysis skills and experience presenting quantified value to executives with experience with enterprise telemetry, KPI tracking, or productivity measurement
Experience with large scale AI, cloud, or digital transformation programs
Ability to communicate with clarity and confidence with both technical and business stakeholders
Ability to translate AI capabilities into financial impact and workforce transformation narratives
Enjoy managing multiple complex customers at once and driving toward clear results
Show humility, curiosity, and a desire to help customers succeed
Operate with high ownership and urgency
