Responsibilities

Monitor and identify trends in health and public health policy to inform the Dashboards dissemination and promotion strategies

Support efforts to reach policymakers and policy-oriented audiences including contributing to website updates, creating tailored dissemination materials, and preparing for and conducting website demonstrations

Research and curate resources to support interpretation and application of Dashboard data, and best practices in data translation for policy and programmatic change

Conduct basic literature reviews to enhance Dashboard metric background information and to inform consideration of potential new metrics

Periodically review and update metric background information, and contribute to the description of the public health rationale for new metrics

Communicate effectively with other project staff, leadership, and internal and external stakeholders

Participate in various other team-based projects to further the goals of the Dashboard

Support the Senior Population Health Policy Analyst with other tasks as they are assigned, including administrative tasks

Conduct other tasks as necessary

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, health care administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Proficiency in using various Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook

Familiar with Internet applications

Effective oral, written, communication, interpersonal skills

Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers

Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently

Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure

Ability to Project/Program manage and to multi task while paying attention to details
