Enterprise Sales Representative
Transend Logistics is a leading company in the logistics industry, dedicated to providing top-notch supply chain solutions and exceptional customer service. As an Enterprise level Customer Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in developing client relationships, managing supply chains, and driving business growth.
Responsibilities
Develop relationships with manufacturing companies that ship goods throughout North America
Tailor supply chain solutions that meet clients’ needs
Oversee transition to the Transend account management team
Maintain daily communication with the customer base to foster company growth and build lasting relationships
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas and collaborate with the sales team to capitalize on opportunities
Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience
This position is inside and outside sales
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
5+ years experience in 3PL Logistics customer sales
Demonstrated success of selling to all different sizes of companies, managing the entire sales process from prospect to close
Proficiency in both inside and outside selling
Preferred
Knowledge of 3PL Logistics Software preferred
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Strong Interpersonal skills; ability to rapidly develop and cultivate relationships with peers, partners and key influencers
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
