Responsibilities

Conduct energy audits to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, with a focus on the industrial sector

Perform energy savings calculations and analyze data to support project recommendations

Develop and generate macros to automate processes and improve efficiency in data analysis and reporting

Assist in preparing detailed reports and presentations summarizing audit findings and savings calculations

Support process optimization and automation initiatives to enhance project execution and operational efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project implementation and execution

Provide quality assurance for energy audit deliverables to ensure accuracy and alignment with program standards

Organize and maintain project files to ensure accessibility and efficient operations

Assist with creating timelines, milestones, and deliverables to track progress and support efficient project execution

Provide general administrative assistance to ensure smooth program operations

Required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong time management, organizational abilities, and attention to detail

Verifiable work history

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail

Team-oriented, hands-on, adaptable, and capable of meeting deadlines with minimal supervision

Reliable home internet service

Ability to set up a home office using company-provided equipment

Preferred

Technical aptitude or experience in energy audits, data analysis, and process automation is strongly preferred
