Responsibilities

Assemble electrical components and parts according to instructions
Use hand tools and power tools to complete various tasks, such as cutting, bending, and assembling materials
Perform basic construction math to measure and cut materials with precision
Work collaboratively with other team members to meet project timelines and production goals
Maintain a clean and organized workspace that adhere to safety guidelines and best practices
Ensure high standards of quality and attention to detail in all tasks
Follow instructions from team leads and foreman and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Meet strict work completion deadlines to ensure timely delivery of fabricated components
Adapt to a variety of tasks as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn
