New GradFCA is offering a Facilities Student Program for Data Analysts, providing students with the opportunity to work year-round while gaining valuable industry experience. Students will engage in project-oriented assignments that contribute meaningfully to the department, allowing them to apply their classroom learning in real-world settings.

The Data and Business Analytics student will gain industry experience, interface with all levels within our organization, and apply their coursework to drive results
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an associate degree or higher from an accredited college or university
Ability to work 24 hours per week, year-round
Preferred
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Data Analytics, Informatics, Math/Statistics, Information Technology or similar discipline at an accredited university
Currently a Freshman, Sophomore or Junior at an accredited university at the time of hire
Strong data analysis skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
Computer proficient
Knowledge and/or experience in business analytics applications (Power BI, Qlik Sense) but not required
Knowledge and/or experience in SAP but not required
Strong interest in the automotive industry and new technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Must exhibit strong leadership characteristics
