Responsibilities

Lead Engineering Initiatives: Oversee and mentor a small team of Mechanical Engineers, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
Embedded Hardware & PCB Development: Spearhead the design and development of embedded hardware and printed circuit boards for new product launches
Project Management: Delegate tasks, set clear expectations, and ensure deadlines are consistently met across multiple initiatives
Continuous Improvement: Champion process optimization and root cause analysis to enhance product performance and reliability
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product management, operations, and external partners to translate market needs into technical solutions
Technical Support: Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams and customers, ensuring satisfaction and confidence in the company’s solutions
Reporting: Communicate project status, risks, and strategic updates to senior leadership

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
Significant hands-on experience with embedded hardware, PCB design, and control panels—especially in assembly or industrial automation environments
Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop engineering teams
Proficiency with CAD, electrical simulation tools, and troubleshooting electromechanical systems
Track record of driving new product development and improving existing designs
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making abilities
