Responsibilities

Building the HR infrastructure and processes for a new site, following RRX guidelines and framework

Leading talent acquisition efforts to build a skilled, engaged workforce

Establishing and championing RRX culture, values, and best practices

Serving as a strategic partner to leadership on all people-related initiatives

Managing the full spectrum of HR responsibilities, from recruitment through employee relations

Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive business objectives

Required

Post-secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience

7+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally within a manufacturing/industrial environment

Experience in a growing company or business unit within a larger corporate structure, with demonstrated ability to navigate organizational complexities

Proficient with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems (ADP, Workday, Kronos, etc.)

Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems

Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for deductive reasoning and problem-solving

Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and competing priorities in fast-paced environments

Excellent organizational skills with a sense of urgency and bias toward action

Continuous improvement mindset—actively seeks opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency

Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to provide timely, proactive feedback to stakeholders at all levels

Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive matters
