Responsibilities

Management of the day-to-day responsibilities associated with recruiting for MedElite and its partners
Managing a book of open requisitions based on the assigned roles
Provide daily support and administrative management for candidates in MedElite’s recruitment process
Act as the primary point of contact for external recruiters managing a job search for the assigned requisitions
Keep accurate and up-to-date candidates' records in the company ATS
Establish and deliver on strategies around talent acquisition goals

Required

1-3 years managing a full cycle recruitment program, preferably in the healthcare industry
The ability to lead project management initiatives with a high level of detail, from start to finish
Experience managing talent acquisition process
The ability to be an impactful communicator, providing high-quality customer service for potential candidates
Excellence in communication, both written and verbal
An understanding of prioritization and a sense of urgency
The ability to build impactful and strategic partnerships with internal partners
