Responsibilities
Design and optimize AI agents, prompts, and generative AI solutions using Azure OpenAI
Build conversational AI interfaces and intelligent automation workflows
Develop RPA solutions with Microsoft Power Automate (desktop & cloud)
Implement attended and unattended automations and integrate them with business systems
Integrate AI and automation with APIs, databases, and enterprise platforms
Create cross-platform automation (Windows & Linux) and maintain documentation
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and improve processes
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
2-5 years of experience in automation, RPA, or AI development
Experience with business processes and workflow optimization
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and enterprise applications
Preferred
Microsoft Certified: Power Automate RPA Developer Associate
Azure OpenAI or Azure AI certifications
UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere certifications
Microsoft Azure fundamentals or associate-level certifications
Citrix or VDI environment automation experience
SAP or ERP system integration
Machine learning model deployment and monitoring
Document processing and OCR technologies
