Head of Skills Management Hub

Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing, globally distributed Skills Management Hub team, fostering a culture of trust, inclusion, accountability, and continuous development
Build behaviors of resilience, accountability, and ownership within the team and lead with a global mindset to deliver impact across regions and board areas
Oversee governance, lifecycle management, and harmonization of the Global Job Architecture
Manage and evolve the Skills Framework and taxonomy, ensuring it remains accurate, scalable, and relevant to business needs
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and board members on skills management and global job architecture, delivering compelling executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations
Drive business alignment across key HR partners (Total Rewards, Global Labor & Relations, Local Services, Business Partnering) as well as IT & Process Excellence, SuccessFactors product teams, and business strategy and operations leaders
Integrate skills into core people processes—including Talent Discovery, Learning & Development, Talent Management, and Workforce Planning—to drive consistent, skills-based decision-making across the employee lifecycle
Establish and oversee data standards, quality, and governance for global skills and job data, enabling reliable reporting and insights
Partner with Workforce Intelligence, benchmarking providers, and internal analytics teams to derive insights on skills supply and demand, external trends, and future capability needs—translating insights into actionable recommendations for leaders
Qualification
Required
Deep expertise in managing global transformation programs, with a proven ability to design, harmonize, and operationalize global frameworks at scale (ideally with reference to skills and job architecture.)
Project and People Leadership: A track record leading board-visible, enterprise-wide HR programs impacting tens of thousands of employees, including experience interacting with social partners across multiple countries
HR Acumen: Broad foundational knowledge of cross-HR domains, such as Global Labor Relations, Rewards & Benefits, Business Partnering, and Talent Management topics
Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving: Hands-on experience at the intersection of learning, talent management, talent discovery, and workforce transformation, ideally in a multinational environment
