Responsibilities
Assist the overseas sales and technical team in conducting on-site or video surveys of customer workplaces and support in preparing site improvement proposals
Support in equipment installation, testing, and commissioning under the supervision of senior technicians
Assist in providing training to clients on scanner operation, software usage, and 3D printer operation
Provide basic technical assistance and support for incoming questions and issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff
Follow up with customers under guidance, and assist in troubleshooting processes
Help in documenting and properly recording all incidents and technical issues
Support in developing service procedures and documentation for technical support processes
Assist in day-to-day service activities and project coordination
Learn and adhere to company standards, policies, and best practices to provide high-quality support
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and development opportunities to build technical skills
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
Good command of English, both written and spoken
Willingness to travel domestically if required
Strong interest in technical support and maintenance
Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn new technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Flexible and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
Preferred
Basic knowledge of CAD software is a plus
Familiarity with schematic diagrams and PLC is preferred but not required
