Senior LevelClean Harbors is seeking a Senior Account Manager. This position is responsible for managing accounts with multiple locations, focusing on account retention and growth rather than new client acquisition.

Managing accounts with multiple locations
Focusing on account retention and growth
Maintaining and nurturing an existing book of business
Engaging directly with key decision-makers overseeing multiple operational facilities
Ensuring consistent service and identifying opportunities for account expansion
Addressing customer inquiries related to products, services, and billing
Proactively resolving any issues
Performing administrative duties, such as waste profiling
Setting up product services in the system
Generating work orders for service requests
Identifying and selling additional products and services to high-volume and high-value accounts
Traveling up to 50%
Qualification
Required
Experience in account management with a focus on retention and growth
Ability to manage accounts with multiple locations
Experience engaging with key decision-makers in operational facilities
Proven track record of addressing customer inquiries related to products, services, and billing
Strong problem-solving skills to proactively resolve customer issues
Experience with administrative duties such as waste profiling and generating work orders
Ability to identify and sell additional products and services to high-volume and high-value accounts
Willingness to travel up to 50%
