Milton CAT is seeking a highly driven person for their Paving Technical Communicator role. This position involves providing technical support and training for paving equipment, acting as a liaison between various stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

Assist service departments in ME, NH, and VT with timely and accurate repairs on CAT and Weiler paving equipment

Act as a liaison between Milton CAT and Caterpillar (CAT) to facilitate the flow of technical information

Provide backup coverage for Technical Communicators in other regions

Present New Product Introductions (NPIs) for machines within the specialist group

Conduct training sessions as required to technicians on paving product

Help technicians diagnose equipment issues

Maintain ongoing communication with technicians regarding product issues and updates

Maintain communication with Shop and Field Management

Serve as the Technical Communicator for paving products in ME, NH, VT

Support growth in parts and service for paving products

Assist existing Product Support Consultants with paving product opportunities
