Responsibilities
Manage customer and inventory data in our internal systems
Collaborate with outside sales reps to complete RFQs and support sales efforts
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on leads
Understand customer needs and identify appropriate sales opportunities
Provide product and service information, including demonstrations and upselling
Maintain and grow a database of current and prospective clients
Monitor and ensure accuracy of customer orders, delivery timelines, and billing/shipping details
Stay current on product updates, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Research and qualify new leads to support business development goals
Meet or exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service or inside sales role within the equipment/tool sales and rental industry
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory/customer management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Someone from a low-level sales background seeking a long-term career path
Recent college graduate that is eager to learn and grow in a sales-focused role
