Responsibilities
Locate, attract and identify qualified candidates that support client needs in designated regional areas
Creatively source candidates on a daily basis
Profile and interview candidates on the phone and in person to determine fit to current and future hiring needs
Submit qualified candidates for openings
Candidate care throughout the placement and post placement process to encourage referrals
Thoroughly and accurately documenting candidates in applicant tracking system
Qualification
Required
High degree of people interface
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work in a team environment while achieving personal production goals
Internal drive and work ethic to achieve above and beyond company goals
Strong computer literacy
Preferred
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems is a plus
Previous recruiting or outside sales experience is a plus
