Conduct customer outreach via phone or email to validate and update information
Accurately enter, verify, and maintain data in our systems
Review records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards
Identify discrepancies or inconsistencies and work to resolve them
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure data integrity throughout the project
Maintain confidentiality and follow data protection guidelines
Assist in generating reports and summaries related to the project

Required

Bilingual English/ Spanish
