Responsibilities
Support test and integration efforts, including hardware and software validation, verification, and performance testing
Assist in documenting, analyzing, and managing system requirements
Contribute to Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) activities, including system modeling, simulations, and design analysis
Provide support in hardware-systems engineering tasks, including design, integration, and troubleshooting of hardware components
Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve technical challenges and support project objectives
Apply established systems engineering concepts, principles, and technical standards
Support ongoing professional development initiatives across the engineering team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Technology degree in Engineering or related technical field, OR 4 years of equivalent job-related experience
Additional 2+ years of relevant experience, OR a Master's degree
Understanding of systems engineering methodologies and requirements management processes
Familiarity with system modeling tools and MBSE practices
Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic engineering environment
Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work on-site in Pittsfield, MA, with potential for occasional hybrid flexibility
