In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve and streamline AML case management workflows, ensuring compliance and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Work closely with engineering teams to design, prioritize, and deliver solutions related to AML case management system
Manage a backlog of features and enhancements, clearly articulating problems, business justifications, and success criteria
Work with product and engineering teams to integrate AML compliance into product design and development
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the investigation program, leveraging advanced AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
Facilitate the resolution of xfn dependencies, collaborating with Vendor and internal teams to manage a unified roadmap
Qualification
Required
7+ years of solutions architecture experience, particularly with AML systems
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
Strong communication skills
Collaborative mindset
Experience in API development and other integration standards
Experience working with global systems
Collaborative approach with excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to engage effectively with a diverse group of stakeholders, both internal and external
Preferred
One or more of the following certifications: ACAMS, CCAS, TRM-CI, TRM-ACI
Fintech/Startup experience
Crypto industry experience
