Responsibilities
Provide Earned Value Management (EVM) and Cost and Software Data Report (CSDR) support
Review Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR) and CSDRs
Attend Baseline Integrated Baselines Review (IBRs)
Perform monthly cost and schedule analysis and monthly metrics
Generate Estimate at Completion (EAC)
Assist with preparation of briefings and reports where EVM reporting is required
Provide advice and work with customers to financially execute current FMS Case requirements
Review financial databases and FMS Case documentation to generate reports and financial processing documents
Perform CY and Future Year budget analysis
Respond to customer financial inquiries on various financial transactions
Develop financial briefs for customers from existing templates or developing new slides based on customer requirements
Qualification
Required
Applicant must hold an active Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET personnel security clearance
10 years professional experience in Navy program management
Experience with Navy procedures and Policies (DoD 5000 process)
Experience in communicating with SES/Flag Level personnel
Experience with Navy Financial systems (i.e. N-ERP, COBRA, MISIL)
Bachelor's degree in finance, Math, or Economics
