Responsibilities

Develop and implement manufacturing processes and work instructions to improve production efficiency and product quality

Research and integrate automation techniques and new technologies to enhance manufacturing operations

Evaluate and improve quality control processes, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations

Analyze production data and workflows to identify areas for improvement and provide management with actionable insights

Work closely with design, procurement, and quality assurance teams to ensure seamless production operations and product compatibility

Review and calculate production costs, labor, and material requirements to assist in budgeting and resource allocation

Provide training and support to production staff on new processes and equipment to ensure effective implementation

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment, with a focus on startup of new production lines, moving of existing production lines, process improvement and project management

Proficiency in CAD software, manufacturing technologies, Lean Six Sigma, and quality control methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
