Responsibilities

Direct the performance of Fixed Price Design Build and Progressive Design Build for Water and Wastewater Projects across the United States

Managing the activities in executing a detailed multi-discipline design through AECOM’s design centers

Overall project management for procurement, scheduling, VE or constructability reviews

Familiarity with job cost reporting

Budget control activities through the life of the project

EAC analysis during on-site construction as prime contracting entity

Deliver projects at or under budget and on schedule

Facilitate the entire team working collaboratively together to deliver the project

Schedule and manage complex delivery teams

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or Civil/Environmental Engineering with either contracting license and or P.E. registration

Minimum of 12 years' experience in delivering design build projects at risk in the water/wastewater industry or those projects delivered at-risk as a general contractor

Proven project management experience with ability to manage a diverse team

Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and manage risk

Proven ability to conduct competitive assessments and price to win analysis

Demonstrated ability in working with local and state regulatory agencies

Experience in managing both engineering and construction subcontractors

Willing and able to travel approximately 50%
