Coach teams on Agile/Scrum methodologies
Improve overall team velocity and delivery efficiency
Remove blockers and ensure smooth sprint execution
Align cross-functional teams to achieve sprint & project goals
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience with RDT / Risk Decisioning Technologies
Expertise in Agile/Scrum frameworks
Strong stakeholder communication & coordination skills
Ability to mentor teams and drive Agile maturity
