Responsibilities

Analyze and document current core IT processes related to IT operations

Identify optimization opportunities and propose new digital transformation workflows to reduce costs and improve efficiency

Identify how AI and Automations can be leveraged in the proposed workflows

Develop detailed process maps and write business justification proposals for significant process changes

Collaborate with team members in daily syncs to align on project objectives and share progress updates

Engage in change management initiatives, providing insights on the impact of proposed process changes on employees

Present final proposals and documented automation workflows to leadership and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)

Required

Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa, such as an F-1, H-1B, or TN visa

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and process documentation

Familiarity with IT Tools and technologies related to collaboration, communication, and data analysis

Familiarity with process mapping and modeling methodologies

Knowledge of digital transformation concepts and cost optimization strategies

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present proposals effectively

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively in a distributed team environment
