New Business Sales Executive

The New Business Sales Executive will drive growth in media planning and data solutions by identifying, sourcing, and closing prospects while collaborating with internal teams to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities
Position Value: Articulate the value of both our media planning and data solutions to independent agencies, advertisers, and media owners
Guide Prospects: Educate and guide prospects through the buyer's journey, demonstrating how our solutions can fuel their business growth
Identify Opportunities: Identify and prospect into accounts that may or may not have prior experience with our offerings
Pipeline Management: Manage a pipeline of inbound and self-sourced leads, nurturing relationships and engaging potential buyers
Qualify Prospects: Analyze and qualify prospects' business goals to determine the strategic fit of our solutions for their growth
Achieve Quotas: Close new and existing customer deals, meeting or exceeding quota targets
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technology departments to execute the sales strategy, adapting to product enhancements and new releases
Innovation: Bring unique perspectives, strategies, and ideas to contribute to our company's culture and future vision
Mentorship: Mentor sales development representatives to collectively develop pipeline opportunities
Qualification
Required
Sales Experience: Extensive relevant full-cycle sales experience
Drive for Success: A strong desire and commitment to go the extra mile to achieve sales success
Effective Communication: Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely and autonomously
Minimum Qualifications: 5-7 years of customer management and sales experience in the UK or European markets
Proficiency in prospecting and closing net new business
Strong hunter mentality with expertise in multiple outbound methods to attract new business
Preferred
Experience with media planning platforms, ad tech, or SaaS preferred
