Managing accounts with multiple locations
Focusing on account retention and growth rather than new client acquisition
Maintaining and nurturing an existing book of business
Engaging directly with key decision-makers overseeing multiple operational facilities
Ensuring consistent service and identifying opportunities for account expansion
Addressing customer inquiries related to products, services, and billing
Proactively resolving any issues
Performing a variety of administrative duties, such as waste profiling
Setting up product services in the system
Generating work orders for service requests
Identifying and selling additional products and services to high-volume and high-value accounts
Traveling up to 50%
Qualification
Required
Experience in account management with a focus on account retention and growth
Ability to manage accounts with multiple locations
Experience engaging with key decision-makers overseeing operational facilities
Strong customer service skills to address inquiries related to products, services, and billing
Proactive problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
Experience with administrative duties such as waste profiling and generating work orders
Ability to identify and sell additional products and services to high-volume and high-value accounts
Willingness to travel up to 50%
