Responsibilities

Review and prepare customs documentation, including both import and export declarations
Assist clients to ensure compliance with customs regulations, including classification, country of origin, and valuation requirements
Coordinate with internal teams, clients & their trade partners, customs brokers, and government agencies to resolve compliance issues
Utilize new technologies and tools to deliver services and participate in technology or process development initiatives
Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and be responsible for delivering high quality trade compliance services
Keep up to date on current trade and customs practices

Required

Minimum one year of recent trade and customs experience; including but not limited to U.S. Customs rules and regulations, classification, valuation, FTA management, and PGA evaluation
Experience in preparing and reviewing customs declarations and in-depth understanding of customs' entry processes
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
Familiar with SAP, Oracle, or other Global Trade Management (GTM) solutions; ability to navigate MS Office applications
Capability to handle multiple engagement and service teams, reviewing and providing feedback to analysts on engagement work performed
Must have the ability to travel both domestically and internationally
Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future

Preferred

Two to three years of experience preferred
U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) preferred
