Develop and improve MPIs, DHRs, and inspection processes
Train technicians/operators to assembly instructions
Address process and component NCRs
Work with suppliers to ensure component quality
Design and implement fixtures for assembly and inspection
Work cross-functionally to set up and execute build plans
Support returns inspection for reusable devices
Provide a manufacturing voice for next-gen development
Drive continuous improvement projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in a medical device manufacturing environment
Excellent communication and documentation skills
Strong CAD and mechanical design skills
Excellent technical and logistical problem-solving skills
