Responsible for the scheduling functions for Providers
Maintaining the provider call log
Ensuring that the locations are adequately staffed
Performing reconciliation of provider schedules and payroll records to track contractual shift quotas
Analyzing and reporting out on the data
Available after hours by pager or cellular phone for schedule changes
Maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
Qualification
Required
Minimum two (2) years related medical office experience
Preferred
High school graduate or equivalent preferred
Post high school office procedures training or relevant college level courses preferred
