Act as a Global Warranty Chargeback Engineer, where you will be pivotal in recovering warranty costs incurred by supplier-caused issues across all global Ford and Lincoln vehicle lines

Serve as a critical link between Product Development, Finance, Purchasing, and our supply base, using data-driven analysis to determine liability and negotiate financial recovery

Support technical investigations, prepare financial debit packages, manage supplier disputes, and present recovery strategies to senior management
