Responsibilities
Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and referrals in commercial markets
Consult with clients to understand their low voltage wiring needs, including structured cabling, security systems, AV setups, and network installations
Conduct discovery meetings and assessments to understand client pain points. Collaborate with technical teams to develop proposals that align with client goals and budgets
Develop and present customized proposals for project-based solutions
Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure accurate scope and execution
Manage sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce or similar), track progress against KPIs, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership
Attend industry events and networking functions to promote TechVoo's services
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably with a consultative approach to selling IT services
Strong understanding of managed IT services, cloud services, and cybersecurity
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
Proficiency with CRM software
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
