Backlog Management Support

Impediment Removal

Interface/coordinate with other stakeholders as needed (Program leads, product owners, other scrum masters, management, etc.)

Required

Minimum of 4 years related experience in a Software Development environment or other related engineering experience

Minimum 2 years experience working in a Scrum environment

Demonstrated leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor and coach teams and individuals

A strong ability to self-organize and manage time and priorities effectively

Relevant experience or familiarity with common development and infrastructure technologies such as C/C++/C#, Java, Python, networking, Linux, and Virtual Machines

Must be a US Citizen with ability to obtain a DoD Secret level clearance

Be able to reside in the Indianapolis area to support lab testing and other team events

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) degree program or equivalent work experience

Preferred

Holds a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification

Familiarity with one or more Agile techniques beyond basic Scrum, such as LeSS, Kanban, or eXtreme Programming (XP). Experience with DevSecOps practices

Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar environment

Familiarity with build pipelines and Automated Testing Frameworks

Current/active DoD Secret level or higher clearance
