The Software Engineer - Platform Development & Implementation role involves building platform features and customer implementations, working closely with clients to address their data and AI challenges.

Responsibilities
You'll build and own platform features and customer implementations end‑to‑end—from design and development to deployment and customer success
You'll work side-by-side with customers on their most pressing data and AI challenges, deploying our proven platform to solve problems that directly impact their business outcomes
You'll own these projects from conception to deployment, working directly with customers to ensure success
Qualification
Required
Technologies: React, TypeScript, Kubernetes, Helm, Terraform
Enterprise platform experience, ideally at a startup or scale-up
Growth-minded engineer. You have taste for clean implementations and solutions that create real business value
Eagerness to learn platform architecture and deployment patterns for mission-critical systems
Comfort with ambiguity; turn unknown customer requirements into clarity and results under pressure
Strong analytical mindset and eagerness to solve complex technical problems that matter
Curiosity for AI-assisted coding (Codex, Claude, OpenHands) and modern development practices
