GELLIFY has launched Novagria Ventures, a venture builder focused on the Italian agrifood value chain. The Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) will be responsible for driving the tech development and strategy of future startups, ultimately aiming to become CTO and co-founder of a new venture.

Responsibilities

Design the solution architecture (including no-code/low-code approaches in early stages)

Coordinate MVP development with designers and developers

Validate use cases, features, prototypes, and metrics

Drive the tech roadmap toward product–market fit

Test the MVP and iterate rapidly on the product

Support go-to-market activities, onboard early users, and develop initial PoCs

Identify the key metrics required for PMF

Contribute to the preparation of the seed round

Present the solution to investors and strategic partners

Build the future tech team (engineering, data, AI)

Qualification

Required

5–10 years of experience in Product, Engineering, Tech Leadership, Startup or Venture Building roles

Proven experience with Full-Stack Architectures: end-to-end development of web applications (frontend + backend + DB + deployment) using React/Node.js, with at least one product shipped to production

Proven experience with Cloud Architectures: designing and developing scalable, reliable, and secure cloud-based systems (microservices / API-first)

Proven experience with Data & Integration: SQL + NoSQL database design, basic data pipelines, API integrations

Proven experience with Security & Privacy: application security principles, identity and access management

Proven experience with DevOps / Delivery: CI/CD, containerization (e.g., Docker), monitoring, logging

Hands-on experience with MVPs, prototyping, and rapid validation

Excellent ability to translate complex problems into scalable solutions
