Responsibilities
Reviews production lines to assure proper use of control plans and process sheet
Reviews and diagnosis defective material rejected during manufacturing process. Identify the need for corrective action
Provide customer support on existing programs
Possess a high level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others to motivate and elicit work output
Assist in maintaining TS16949 status
Track and manage measures assigned
Practice and promote safe work practices throughout the plant
Promote team concepts and participate in teams
Understand and follow Inalfa policies and practices and any other legal requirements
Must be an active participant in achieving and maintaining quality goals and continuous improvement activities
Any other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager
Supervise quality auditors, carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policy and applicable laws
Qualification
Required
4 year Technical or Related Degree
5 years' experience in automotive quality
Assembly experience is a must
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables
