Responsibilities

Deliver Comprehensive Planning & Ongoing Advice
Lead clients through a structured planning process across income, investments, tax, healthcare, and legacy topics
Conduct discovery meetings to understand goals, risks, and retirement needs
Develop tailored financial strategies using planning tools such as CRM systems, financial planning software, and internal resources
Client Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and proactive communication
Serve as a knowledgeable guide for clients navigating complex financial and retirement decisions
Maintain a client-first mindset in every interaction—phone, email, or in person
Professional Execution & Compliance
Implement planning recommendations in partnership with senior advisors and the operations team
Ensure adherence to SEC, FINRA, and internal compliance guidelines
Document all client interactions clearly and thoroughly in the CRM system
Collaboration & Team Integration
Work closely with senior advisors, planning teams, and operations to deliver a seamless client experience
Contribute insights to improve processes, workflows, and the client journey
Participate in ongoing training, role-play sessions, and team meetings as part of your professional development

Qualification

Series 65Series 7 & 66Financial planning softwareFinancial services experienceRelationship buildingCoachableMulti-priority managementOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsDetail-oriented

Required

2–4 years of experience in financial services or investment-related sales
Active Series 65 or Series 7 & 66 required
Naturally strong communicator and relationship builder
Highly coachable and motivated to grow within a supportive team environment
Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent in follow-through
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred

insurance licensing preferred
Familiarity with financial planning concepts and planning software (e.g., eMoney) is a plus
