Responsibilities

Assist in building and deploying automation workflows using Python, RPA tools, or AI platforms
Support AI experiments, including prompt engineering, chatbot development, and model testing
Analyze and map existing processes to identify automation opportunities
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and validation of automation solutions
Prepare documentation such as SOPs, workflow diagrams, and technical notes
Research new AI tools and automation best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and gather feedback

Qualification

Required

Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data/Information Science, or related field
Basic knowledge of AI/ML concepts and automation tools
Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and learn quickly

Preferred

Experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) or workflow automation tools
Familiarity with APIs, databases (SQL), or cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Exposure to large language models (LLMs) or chatbot development
