Responsibilities

Work closely with your team to gain experience and insights into real-world customer deployments and challenges

Required

Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program) + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience. Relevant fields include: Computer Networking, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cyber Security, Computer Networking, Computer Science or Engineering
Basic computer networking fundamentals relating to IP addressing, routing, switching, TCP/IP and OSI model
Proficient in Python, REST APIs, Automation
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to multi-task, self-start, work in a dynamic team environment and work independently
Awareness and general understanding of how consumer applications work over the internet (e.g., Browser, Voice/Video calls, Social Networks, Streaming etc.)
Passionate about Computer Networking, Information Technology and Computer Science
