Responsibilities
Deriving daily RMBS evaluations
Monitoring news and market conditions
Obtain market information from existing and acquired contacts
Build a close and trusting professional relationship with market participants, clients, and customer service
Maintain a well-organized and clearly documented overview of the evaluation process in accordance with the policies and procedures utilized within the Mortgage Related Securities Group
Qualification
Required
5+ years Agency CMO experience
Knowledge of Fixed Income Markets
Ability to facilitate market participant relationships
Strong understanding of how RMBS securities trade in the market
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work under stringent time constraints, multi-task and prioritize workload
Independent self-starter, able to sustain productivity
Team player with the willingness to take direction from management
Willingness to work the hours necessary to achieve daily objectives
Experienced with Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's degree
