Responsibilities
Lead implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of corporate IT systems and network infrastructure
Oversee Epicor Kinetic ERP and Laserfiche integration, including upgrades and custom reporting
Ensure data integrity, system backups, and disaster recovery readiness
Develop SSRS reports and facilitate metrics reporting for senior management
Maintain corporate cybersecurity posture, including endpoint protection and managed detection
Research and implement IT solutions to improve productivity and communication
Manage IT specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Support Internet-based solutions (email, VPN, remote access) and corporate communication systems
Perform other duties as assigned to ensure operational continuity
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Epicor Kinetic expertise and experience with Laserfiche
Strong knowledge of SQL, SSRS, API integration, and general IT infrastructure
Proven ability to lead IT initiatives and manage technical staff
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
Preferred
Experience with regulated environments and documentation standards
Familiarity with cybersecurity best practices
Optional certifications in relevant technologies
