Required

Ten (10) years experience in facilities maintenance, HVAC installation / repair, or Power Plant Operations / Maintenance

Demonstrated ability in general areas of structural, mechanical, electrical, and minor hospital repair

Demonstrated ability to read blueprints and understand minor construction estimating and material usage

Knowledge of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code and NFPA 99 Healthcare Code Familiar with JCAHO Environment of Care Standards
