Responsibilities

Drive Process Excellence: Analyze workflows, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities
Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with operations, quality, inventory, finance and safety teams to streamline performance. Work with internal departments and external vendors to develop process maps, SOPs
Turn Data into Action: Collect and analyze data to identify trends, root causes, and actionable insights
Communicate & Showcase Results: Prepare reports, charts, and presentations to share project outcomes. Present recommendations to management, highlighting innovative solutions and impact

Qualification

Industrial EngineeringData AnalysisLogistics KnowledgeExcelPythonAutoCADTableauProblem-SolvingCommunicationSelf-Motivated

Required

Junior or senior pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree
Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher

Preferred

Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related field
Knowledge of logistics, industrial engineering, or supply chain operations
Experience in logistics, manufacturing, or similar industries
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, Python and Tableau; Lean or Six Sigma knowledge a plus
Self-motivated, quick learner, and able to work in a fast-paced distribution center
