Responsibilities

Manage and execute the cleaning and disinfecting schedule for the Nomad office space

Maintain the physical workspace to ensure it remains safe, clean, and functional

Receive, manage, and process requests related to cleaning, repairs, and food/office supplies, ensuring prompt resolution of issues

Maintain inventory of office and food/beverage supplies, including reordering, restocking, and reorganizing as needed

Track regular and ad-hoc facility expenses

Inspect rooms and furniture to identify and communicate needs for repairs or replacements

Ensure activities outside the building—such as proper waste disposal and recycling—are completed

Address minor malfunctions in office equipment

Manage daily lunch orders

Support the expansion and preparation of new office spaces, as needed

Perform other related duties as assigned
