3+ years expOSIS is seeking a Network Engineer II to join our team and play a critical role in supporting and enhancing our network and security infrastructure. This is a 100% remote position that allows collaboration with a dynamic team supporting healthcare organizations nationwide.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, tune, and maintain Cisco/Fortinet networks, firewalls, and wireless systems
Monitor resource usage and optimize performance
Develop procedures to prevent and minimize outages
Create and maintain configuration and support documentation
Provide professional technical assistance to staff, administrators, vendors, and service providers
Resolve escalated help desk requests
Participate in on-call rotations
Manage projects and program components to meet organizational objectives
Administer systems and servers to ensure service availability
Maintain multi-site network operations across private and public facilities
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in an IT Enterprise environment
Strong knowledge of routing/switching and firewall configuration
Expertise in spanning tree protocol, OSPF, IPSEC, and SSL VPNs
Experience with network configuration and monitoring
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
Knowledge of Microsoft AD network integration for authentication
3+ years of experience with routing/switching and firewall configuration
1+ years of healthcare industry experience
Hands-on experience with Cisco ASA and Fortinet security hardware
Experience building and maintaining IPSEC and SSL VPN connections
Knowledge of switching, dynamic routing, VRFs, Nexus, MPLS, Point-to-Point Circuits, IP-SLA, and network/data security
CCNA certification a plus
Experience working with non-profits or healthcare organizations
