Responsibilities
Design end-to-end automotive SaaS solutions that maximize user productivity by synthesizing real-time driver data and vehicle health intelligence into highly effective Human-AI conversational loops and predictive/preventive interaction models
Own the design lifecycle for a high-impact feature, ensuring rapid delivery from initial concept to deployment-ready artifacts
Discover and partner with Product and Engineering teams to understand the full technical spectrum of AI model capability and data-driven feasibility, translating complex technical outputs into simple, actionable user interfaces
Develop and document user flows, advanced prototypes, high-fidelity visuals, and pixel-perfect implementation specifically demonstrating the value of AI-driven recommendations and automation within the product experience
Engage in weekly design critiques and engineering standups to refine concepts and maintain design system integrity and alignment across intelligent features
Qualification
Required
A strong portfolio is required, demonstrating a clear design process and exceptional ability in areas like data visualization, system design, and interaction design for complex data or automation tools
Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Science, Computational Design, or a closely related field
Proficiency in Figma and its design and prototyping features, with a strong ability to quickly articulate complex interactions
Preferred
Demonstrated capability to simplify complex, multi-variable problems (e.g., scheduling, logistics, fleet health) into effective, goal-oriented solutions
Eagerness to explore and integrate emerging technologies into the design toolkit
Collaborative mindset that involves taking the initiative to lead design discussions while keeping the wider team informed and aligned
Excellent communication and documentation skills, with an acute attention to detail and visual fidelity
Self-motivated with strong initiative and a passion for continuous learning and growth, especially in the intersection of design and machine learning
