Qualification

Required

Degree in civil engineering, construction management, or another related field

Willingness to travel and work the days and hours required to ensure the project's success

Great attention to detail

Ability to organize and plan

Experience in project management tasks such as negotiating and purchasing materials

Ability to maintain documents

Ability to act as a point of contact with owners, architects, and engineers

Ability to create Submittals and RFI's

Ability to coordinate projects from start to finish

Ability to assist with estimating

Ability to support field operations

Ability to maintain detailed job costs

Ability to work professionally with owners and engineers

Ability to assist in scheduling projects and crews
