Benefits Specialist

RiseWell Community Services is seeking a Part Time Benefits Specialist to work across the ACT Teams in Babylon & Medford, NY. In this role, the Benefits Specialist is responsible for ensuring clients have active health insurance and income sources and participates in a shared caseload of clients enrolled on the ACT/FACT program roster.

Participates in a shared caseload of the clients enrolled on the ACT/FACT program roster
Provide support based on program and agency need as this is not a required ACT position

Required

High School Diploma or GED
