Responsibilities
Manage and prioritize a Jira backlog of reports
Support Financial Reporting and Business Intelligence initiatives with a strong product mindset
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams
Collaborate in real time with business leaders and subject matter experts to gather and clarify requirements
Facilitate requirement-gathering sessions using techniques such as wireframing, card sorting, and design thinking
Translate business needs into clear, actionable deliverables for development teams
Support Agile delivery by ensuring requirements are well-defined and prioritized
Design and deliver interactive, user-centric reporting solutions using modern BI tools (e.g., Power BI)
Contribute to shaping and improving the user experience of reports and dashboards
Communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams
Apply strong analytical and visual thinking skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualification
Required
Experience designing and building Workday Reports
The ability to create a solution that people want instead of what is being asked for
The ability to represent the needs of multiple clients in one solution
Ability to visually represent a conversation in real time
Ability to create a wireframe to firm's new business requirements
Ability to create a vision around a solution and communicate it from the perspective of the customer
Extensive experience in software development, preferably within the financial services industry, particularly the investment management industry
Know the difference between a wireframe and a design; can wireframe an idea or concept during a conversation, that is either in person or virtual
Strong Data Visualization skills
Strong interest in AI and how we can incorporate it into our solutions
Track record in business analysis and process improvement
Solid analytical skills with the ability to understand and resolve complex problems
Experience working with large sets of data
Preferred
Experience in the financial or investment industry is a plus
Experience with MS Fabric preferred
Business Intelligence experience, Power BI preferred
